Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase, quote or installation work you buy from MasterVizion Technologies, LLC (“MasterVizion”, “we”). Placing an order or accepting a quote means you accept them.

Purchases

Hardware prices are shown on the product page and charged through Stripe. We re-validate every price against our own catalog at checkout, so the amount you pay is the confirmed price for the items in your cart. A kit is priced as the sum of its component parts and goes into your cart as those parts.

We try hard to keep prices and specifications accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you, and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We do not ship an order at a price you have not agreed to.

Quotes and design-required systems

Some systems are sold as design-required: adding one to your cart creates a quote request, not a charge. Any starting price shown is a scope anchor based on comparable work, and it becomes a firm number only in a written quote after a site walkthrough. Written quotes are valid for thirty days.

Installation

Professional installation is always optional and is never charged online. Adding installation to an order is a request to be scheduled, not a purchase. Installation isn't charged today. Aji quotes it after a free walkthrough. The cost is agreed in writing before work begins.

Walkthroughs are free and carry no obligation. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm. Work outside those hours carries a fixed surcharge of $150 on a weekday before 8:00am or after 6:00pm, and $250 at weekends, both subject to availability and both disclosed before we book.

Installation payment is due on completion unless a written quote sets out a different schedule. We take no deposit for installation through this website.

Your obligations on an installation

You confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the work, and that you will give us safe access on the scheduled day, along with power and, where the system needs it, your network. Cameras must be sited and used lawfully; you are responsible for where cameras point and for any notice or consent your jurisdiction requires.

If the property turns out to differ materially from the walkthrough — hidden structure, asbestos, cable that fails testing, inaccessible voids — we will stop, tell you, and agree a revised scope and price before continuing.

Scheduling and cancellation

Please give us at least two business days’ notice to move or cancel a scheduled installation. A cancellation with less notice, or an appointment where we cannot get access, may be charged for the reserved day. We tell you that amount when we rebook, before you commit to a new date.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is calculated at checkout and hardware returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Warranty coverage is set out on our Warranty page. Both form part of these terms.

Sales tax

Applicable Texas state and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Where tax treatment differs between hardware and installation labor, that is applied at the point it is charged. If you hold a valid Texas resale or exemption certificate, send it to us before you order and we will apply it.

Title and risk

Title to hardware passes to you when we have received payment in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery, or on completion of installation where we supply and install.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, photography and the MasterVizion name and marks — belongs to MasterVizion or its licensors. Manufacturer product photography and brand names remain the property of those manufacturers and are used to identify the products we sell.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to breach, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with this site or the systems behind it, and don’t place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent.

Disclaimer

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond the warranties stated on our Warranty page, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided without further warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

A surveillance system records events. It does not prevent them, and no system can guarantee that an incident will be prevented, detected, identified, or that footage will be usable in any particular proceeding. We are not an alarm monitoring company and we do not provide a monitoring or emergency response service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, MasterVizion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising out of your use of this site, the products, or the services — including any loss arising from theft, burglary, vandalism, fire, injury or property damage that a system did not prevent or record.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order or job is limited to the amount you paid us for that order or job. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MasterVizion against claims arising from your unlawful use of a system we installed, including claims about where a camera points or how recordings are used.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Dallas County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, please contact us — almost everything is faster to fix by phone than by letter.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. The terms in force when you placed your order are the terms that govern that order.
