What we install
One integrator. Every layer of the system.
We design and service the whole stack — not just the box on the wall. Below is what goes into a MasterVizion job.
We don't push one manufacturer. MasterVizion is vendor-neutral by design — IPVM-trained to judge equipment on measured evidence, not a brochure — and specs what fits your home and your budget rather than a distributor's quota. That independence is the whole point of hiring an integrator instead of an installer.
How we work
Five steps. The design comes first.
The order is the point — most installers skip straight to step three.

Walkthrough
We walk the property before we quote it and map where coverage actually needs to go.
What you getA written scope and a fixed quote — free, no obligation.

System design
You get a designed system on paper: camera placement, overlap, cabling, the lot — before anyone drills a hole.
What you getA design document showing exactly what goes where, and why.

Installation
Clean cable runs, labeled terminations, mounts that survive weather and tampering. Done once, done right.
What you getA working install with labeled, tested runs and tidy terminations.

Handover & training
We hand you a working system and show you how to use it — live view, playback, alerts, the app.
What you getThe app on your phone and a walkthrough of live view and playback.

Support
We stay reachable. Adjustments, additions, and service when something needs attention.
What you getA local number that answers, and service that jumps the queue.
The walkthrough is free of charge, with no obligation. You get a written scope and a fixed quote before you decide anything.

Start with a walk, not a quote.
Before we price anything, we come look. We map the property, find the blind spots, and tell you what a designed system actually needs — in plain terms.

Proof
New to Texas, not new to the world.
We started in Wisconsin in 2013 and moved to Dallas–Fort Worth in 2023 — 10+ years in the trade and 100+ jobs behind us, not a startup. In the Milwaukee area we built a 4.4-star reputation as MasterVision Surveillance & Sound, and we're rebuilding that review base here, honestly, one DFW job at a time. The Wisconsin reviews below are paraphrased; our first Texas review is quoted in full, in the customer's own words.
From a Dallas–Fort Worth customer
“My reception went from 15 to over 90 channels.”
“The TV antenna in my attic was not picking up some channels I wanted so I engaged Aji Adefunmi ("Mr. Antenna") to evaluate my system. He looked at my current antenna setup and made several recommendations based on my location in the Dallas metroplex. Then he proceeded to replace my antenna with a directional antenna and moved its location in the attic several times to maximize the reception. This sounds simple but it is not. Positioning the antenna seems to be as much an art as a science based on where the broadcast stations are located, your neighborhood, the terrain, distance from the source, etc. Also, it was necessary to add an amplifier to boost the signals from different stations. This required achieving an optimum balance of the amplification factor to achieve the desired outcomes. Aji accomplished this goal. My reception went from 15 to over 90 channels. More importantly, this included the channels I wanted. Aji was easy to work with, communicated what he was doing and why, and was goal-oriented. It took two visits because of the need to order a part but he persevered. He was a hard worker in addition and his past installation experience served him well. I was well satisfied and give Aji Adefunmi my highest recommendation.
“Showed up when they said, walked the whole property, and explained where cameras actually needed to go instead of just selling us a package.”
“Clean install, labeled everything, and took the time to show us the app. The system just works.”
“Knew the gear cold and didn't push one brand. Felt like advice, not a sales pitch.”

About
An integrator's background, not a salesman's.
MasterVizion is led by Ajigunwa “Aji” Adefunmi — Marquette-educated, formerly a systems integration specialist, and IPVM University certified. IPVM is the independent, vendor-neutral authority on video surveillance; that certification means the person designing your system has been trained to evaluate gear on the evidence, not the brochure.
He ran MasterVision Surveillance & Sound in the Milwaukee area from 2013 before bringing the same standard to the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex in 2023 — 10+ years in the trade, not a fresh start. The approach hasn't changed: design the system first, choose the equipment to fit the building, and stand behind the install.
