A home walkthrough is usually under an hour. Bigger or multi-area jobs run longer — we'll tell you what to expect when we confirm the time.
We look at the space
We walk the property with you — approaches, blind spots, the rooms you want covered, the IT closet or the register. We take the measurements and photos a real quote needs.
We talk through what you want it to do
Not a sales pitch — a conversation about the outcome. Where you want coverage, how long you want footage kept, which rooms need sound, what should be one tap instead of five.
You get a written scope and a fixed quote
After we've seen the space, you get the system on paper — placement, gear, and why — with a fixed price. No obligation to proceed, and nothing charged for the walkthrough.
